NetServer LxR8500 CPU Failure

Hi,
My Netserver Lxr8500 has reported that I had a #4 CPU failure on left side. I purchased and replaced the processor, but the event log on the server is now reporting that CPU #3 has failed. The red light on server is still flashing and is annoying. I removed all the processors and re-iserted them, but still the little LED display on server is flashing red light and saying that there is a CPU failure on a different processor. Here is the exact message: CPU Failure, Entry # 425, Critical Pending, Proc. 4, leftfailed, System Boot, Level 3.

Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
