NetServer Navigator CD really is E200 Installation CD

Hi,

I just tried to configure a NetServer LC3 using a NetServer Navigator CD, Version L.18.03, part number 5011-9564. According to its label, this CD is supposed to contain software for various NetServer L serices models. To my surprise - and to the surprise of HP support - the CD boots into a NetServer E200 Installation screen, offering the creation of various driver floppies.

I tried a couple of CD recovery utilies, assuming that the CD might be damaged. But the CD seems to be fine...

I attach a scan image of the CD. The small imprinted number on the inner circle of the data face of the CD matches the part number on the label face.

I know that I don't really need a Navigator CD to setup a NetServer, but ... inquiring minds want to know!

Has this happened to anyone of you before? Do you have any idea what's going on here? Anything I can do?

Thanks in advance,
Malte
