I have tried to create a bootable disk using MS-DOS and installed the megaspi.sys device driver for this card into the config.sys file.

I am still unable to access the drives on the system. Is there a second device driver that requires loading to mount the drives?

Access the drives in what way?
You shouldn't have to load a dos driver for the netraid card in order to see its contents, assuming the drives contents are in a format that dos can read.
