Netserver E 40 BIOS update crashed

Please help! I used a damaged floppy to perform a BIOS update on an HP Netserver E 40. The process completed successfully, but after restart the computer beeped several times and doesn't start any more. I have no monitor or mouse/keyboard activity - the display remains always empty. Is there any chance to bring it back to life?
