Netserver LC2000 U3 Error

Help!
My LC 2000 U3 can't start up. The screen goes blank. I've tried pulling out the front panel, replaced the DRAM and the Video card but it can't start up. I've checked the cords too. Can anuyone help me? Thank you very much.

If you start up the server, you should hear some beeps. Beep codes are documented on hp support pages like these:

Diagnostic ulitilities you can also find on bizsupport. Please search for HP DiagTools or ut_dt_2402g_1_en.exe (sorry, the link is too long.
