Netserver TC4100-Red LED at system panel
Hi all,
I have problem with my Tc4100 server, the control panel indicator show me the RED LED. Who can help me to solve this problem, i suspect the system fan assembly going to failed, I just need confirmation either the sys fan assembly is failed or not.
Rgds,
agep

Re: Netserver TC4100-Red LED at system panel
Hi,
you should check the hardware log. If you have i.e. Windows installed, and have the TopTools management agents installed, you can read those logs online in local toptools or the Windows system.evt log will contain an entry about the problem.
If you don't have an OS installed i.e. then you can still read the hardware log via the RCC remote control card/Toptools card on which you have to logon using http:// 'ip address of that card'.
The card can be configured with F3 at bootup.
If this is not working for you then boot the server with the navigator configuration cdrom and look for the utility to read the hardware log.
check here for the management agents per OS:

Check here for the hardware error log utility and the Netserver diagnostic tools if all of the above does not work out for you:
