Netware 6.5 Storage Driver for ML110 G5

I am in need of the Netware 6.5 RAID driver for the Smart Array E200 controller on the ML110 G5. It is not listed on the software/driver page for this server. I am in need of the HAM or CDM file (NOT an NLM).

The included CPQSHD.CDM from the NetWare 6.5 install CD should work with this controller.

I tried that previously, however, when I select the CPQSHD.CDM driver, the Netware setup program continues to prompt: "No storage device was detected in this system. Load the appropriate driver (HAM)".
