Nic Teaming and Mac Addresses

I have a somewhat general question about Nic Teaming. We have several servers that have Teamed Nics which has been working fine. Recently our Network team decided they needed to enable Port Security on the switches. Since then after servers reboot some randomly trip port security.

After digging the network team noticed that they normally see 2 mac address and after the reboot these flip flop which trips port security due to the duplicate mac address.

My question is has anyone else noticed this flip flop of mac addresses after reboot and is there a way to make them more static?

Example
Team's MAC shows - 00-00-00-00-00-01

Network Guys see the following on there switches.
NIC #1 has MAC - 00-00-00-00-00-01
NIC #2 has MAC - 00-00-00-00-00-02

After reboot
Team's MAC shows - 00-00-00-00-00-02

Network Guys see the following on there switches.
NIC #1 has MAC - 00-00-00-00-00-02
NIC #2 has MAC - 00-00-00-00-00-01
