No Smartstart on DL140

I have a 2 new DL 140's to build, no floppys, no CDROM drives, I used a USB CDROM drive to boot SmartStart V 7.41 but I get the Error;
"SmartStart does not support deployment for this server"
I booted with the Server 2003 CD but it cannot see the 641 Array and fails, Why does smartstart not work? and How can I install the OS?
Thanks for any help

Re: No Smartstart on DL140

Smart Start only consider SCSI or IDE CDROM drives to install correctly, you need to install temporarly one CDROM driver then install your OS. bye

Re: No Smartstart on DL140

I have a USB CDROM and it works fine on the DL140, so I dont see what loading CDROM Drivers would do, it boots OK from the Server 2003 CD but cannot see the 2 300GB SCSI drives so the setup fails, when it gets to the part where you press F6 to load SCSI drivers it looks for the driver on a floppy, maybe I should get a USB floppy drive to get out of this loop, the server has an onboard RAID controller which I hope will default to RAID 1 and mirror the 2 drives
