OBA ILO Firewall NAT - Telnet Problem

I successfully set up access to my ILO using a Firewall NAT. Integrated Remote Console feature does not work, the error is "Failed to connect to server, Check for avaiable telnet connection"

The NAT for port 23 (telnet) is working

A look at netstat -a shows that the pc outside the firewall tries a telnet connect to the origin ip inside the firewall instead of the outside (natted) ip of the firewall.

Any ideas?
