PROLIANT DL380 G4 ILO ISSUE

i have some proliant dl380 g4 servers, but one of them has issue on its ilo.
i can not configur its ilo, there is no "Integrated Lights-Out press to configure." post messege. i already tried with ctrl-a, even switch on and off again on ilo security switch (sw no.1).
my server is:

i do need assistance on how to configure the ilo in this server.

On system board, there is System Maintenance Switch, closer to PCI rise cage connector.
Check the switches, S1=OFF, to enable ILO security. S2=OFF, so that you can change System Configuration.
