Have 14 servers and on two of them the HPSUM locks up when discovering devices. I cqannot kill the process and the PSP won't install. Rebooting the servers gave same results. Anyone kow of a solution?

Re: PSP 8.00 won't install
Yeah, I know about the .cmd file, but there has to be a reason why on just 2 servers HPSUM doesn't work. Also, it is much more difficult to change the install parameters for options like HP System Manager Homepage, etc. I just don't have much confidence in the health of a server when it cannot run something as "easy" as HPSUM.

Re: PSP 8.00 won't install
Hello Anthony,
Try:
Open the "System Management Homepage" for the server with VCRM on it. Click on "Version Control Repository Manager". Choose "Upload a Support Pack". Browse to the new support pack and click upload. Once done, Close VCRM & check. The update should be successful.
