Printing Through Terminal Server

Recently I installed a new Windows 2003 server that I use for Terminal server since my last one was more than 5 years old. Since I've installed it, I run into printing problems left and right. The most troublesome problem has to do with some of my users on a Laserjet P3005d. They constantly have to hit the green check mark button when they try to print anything through Terminal Server. I changed all their trays and corrected all the settings and it was working for a few days. I just got a call saying that they are back to hitting the check mark button every time they print.

I know this has to do with the wrong paper size setting being sent to the printer. I checked all the settings and all the settings are on Letter which is all the secretaries use. I do not understand after I reset the settings, how they revert back to the wrong settings. I had no problems on my old Terminal Server. Could it have to do with 2003? My old server was 2000. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
