ProLiant DL380 series Server on RAID5 with 2000.

Hi,
Some one really can help me. I have HP ProLiant DL380 series Server on RAID5 with 2000. Unfortunately I create a new Logical drive on the top of Logical drive. Now server will not boot from hard drive/ CD. I am getting non system disk error. I already have a plan to start from scratch with 2008 Server. But I need the files from the server, that’s not booting at all. Any one can help me. Or At least I can retrieve the file and folders.
