I bought a PCI card IP PBX VOIP SIP Asterisk Card that has a male power conector to feed more power into it like the one IDE HARDDISK has. I want to know if there is a special component that for this server that can make me connect this card.

it is far from not supported, but you can try if you wish to.
Knowing the picky dl 580 i will be interested what will this pci-card cause :)

please update this post if you have succeded or if sth. strange happens with the dl580
