ProLiant ML350 G5 - VPN Setup Requires a Second Ethernet Port?

How do I setup the second ethernet port on this machine? It has Windows Small Business Server installed on it and I am trying to configure one of the ports for VPN access via the Routing and Remote Access Wizard. The wizard is asking for a second ethernet connection dedicated to that purpose. I can't figure out how to create the connection. What am I missing?
