Problem Install win200 in the Proliant ML350 G5

I need you help please.

How do I properly install windows 2000 server with proliant ML 350 G5?? when i tried to boot the OS install cd it did not detect any hard disk for the win2000 setup. I also tried using the SmartStart cd but when it reboots it says that NTLDR is missing?? do i have to do something with the bios config??
