Problem with HP NetServer 800 E, (nothing on the screen)

Hey!

I have a problem with my HP NetServer 800 E.
When i turn it on, i only get some beeps from the BIOS..., (1-2-2-3). I have tried to clear the configuration, replace the battery, and so on.., before on this day.., i could start the computer up some times.., but now, i only get the beeps from the BIOS..., can someone please help me..?? :-)

I created a BIOS diskette, and the server started up after some reboots...

But sometimes when i start it, i hear some beeps... (1-2-2-3), and i have to restart it.., sometimes only one time, and sometimes more times...

Do someone know whats wrong...?
I upgrated to the newest BIOS version i found...
