Problems installing PLP 7.40/Win2k3

I've tried to install PSP 7.40 on PSP 7.30 system, but 2 components failed:
Insight Management Agents (cp005413.exe)
Version Control Agent (cp005396.exe)

I've extracted the files and manually run cpqsetup, but no success. In setupapi.log I have the following output:

#-198 Command line processed: "D:\TEMP\a\cpqsetup.exe"
#W389 No or section in D:\TEMP\a\vcagent.inf, using instead.
(6 times for cp005396 and 7 times for cp005413)

Is there anyone who cam help?
