Prolaint ML370 server Rebooting

my client HP ProLiant ML370 Server is making use of SCOunix O/s, this server all ways rebooting after one hour of atarting up.
please I want to know what can cause this.

I know in Unix if power management was set to yes during the installation system cam reboot this is in other server, If this is the problem with the system were in the operating system can I change this seting and how should I do it.
