Proliaant 1600 System Utilities access

Happy Holidays to everyone !!!

Proliant 1600 at start up shows:

Compaq Smart Array 221 Controller, only 1 devise is available...No SCSI Devises...
(but I have 5 SCSI HDD there...)

to press F1 to continue or
to press F10 to setup at System Utilities

when press F10 gives message that:

System Utilities is not available..

Server only boot up from floppy, not from CD, i try all I can, looks like I do not have enough knowledge to solve this problem..

s I need help...

Please, how I can access and normal start up from hd....

You Dont say whether it was working properly before. Was it working okay previously?

yes, was working ok...
just one day sever froze and try to rebooted give a such messages, then my journey started...running all over....

Do any one knows how to access BIOS or System Utility Configuration without F10 function ????
