Proliant 1600/ Win XP/ PCI to USB Host Controller

I have a Compaq Proliant 1600 server
I installed Win xp with service pack 2
I have an error in the device manger for this device; Intel(r)82371AB/EB/MB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller I am having a hell of a time trying to find the driver for it.
I have installed a PCI 4 port USB2 card and it doesnt work. I belive it would be due to this error.
