Proliant 2500 server diagnostics

We have many Proliant Servers using SCO 5.X operating system installed for our users.
I know that HP software can predict hardware failure such as Disks, Memory etc. but I do not know where to find this information.
I would appreciate your help with this.

Also, SmartStart CD supports Various Offline diagnostics too.

Apart from that, for HDD you may run "HP Array diagnostics utility".

For memory, goto http://www.memtest86.com/
However, please note, HP will not validate 3rd party tools. This can be used for information only.
