Proliant 560p & 380p Gen 8 - Xeon e5-2651 v2's
Does anybody have any experience with the Xeon e5-2651 v2 procesors? I would like to use these in generation 8 560p and 380p's.
The processors themselves are rare OEM only and not listed on Intel or HP's website. However, the servers do list support for similar spec retail processors.
These servers are not mission critical so an unofficial "yes, it works" from anyone who's tried it out in the wild would be great.

Re: Proliant 560p & 380p Gen 8 - Xeon e5-2651 v2's
I still haven't managed to find out if e5-2651 v2's are supported but I have found an advisory from HP which includes a BIOS flash to enable V2 CPU support. Some newer 26xx v'2 are ivy bridge (as opposed to sandy).
