I can't find any comprehensive help for adding a new processor and forgive me im new, 2 processor slots one processor 450mhz other same after installing other into slot(secondary) and installing second ppm then attempting to boot it give error message processor in wrong slot when i am sure both are in right slot can some one tell me what settings i need to change for it work?

all i did was insert the processor and ppm where and what do i need to change (i.e. switches, bios, or maybe bus frequency) please don't tell me to change the switch to match but which switch and what to change it to...i lost the manual
