I have an old DL360 server and I need to update the BIOS. However, I am unsure of what generation it is. How can I find this information out?
Thanks!

Re: Proliant DL360 server
Generally you can tell the difference by the processors it's using. The original DL360 used the lower 933Mhz or 1.26Ghz. The DL360 G2(Generation 2) supported the latest Pentium III technology. The DL360 G3 supported the next generation, the Xeon processors. You should be able to look at the front of the server and see if it's either a Pentium III or Xeon driven. Unless of course that lable has been ripped off. Otherwise you can try and locate the server by part number on the HP website.
