Proliant DL760 8500 & Win2003

I am thinking of upgrading from my proliant 800, to a DL760 similar to rack mount 8500 7U.
Can this server run win2003 , and are there any known issues to running win2003 on this server..

I plan to buy a used unit, with no operating sys. and only the Smart Start CD. and after the problems I had loading win2003 into my proliant 800. I am looking for any help with known work arounds, from someone here who is running win 2003 on a Proliant DL760 (8500) 8X700 mhz P-III 7U. and any known issues.

If it was not for finding this forum, i would have never got my Proliat 800 up and running. but, only after so many weeks of trial and error . did find this forum. and the answers i needed. so, i hope to resolve any issue this server, and win2003, may have. before i find them..a Problem..thankz
