Proliant ML 350 G3 and Server 2008 64 bit

I have a server Proliant ML 350 G3 , when i tried to install windows erver 2008 64 bit for virtualization, i have this error of CPU is not compatabile with this windows version and a message that there is a hardware change and i have to change the language .

hi, there is no 64 bit cpu includet in the system g3, you have to change the system on an g5 ml350 !

I understand that a native ML350 G3 does not come with 64 bit processors.
But are there 64 bit chips can be swapped onto a G3 motherboard?
If there are, would the G3 motherboard support these newer 64 bit chips?
