Proliant ML330 and XP Professional

Our Proliant ML330 G3 Server has been replaced after its C-drive crashed. We would like to continue to use the ML330 as a desktop workstation. Would you please recommend the major steps in converting this unit to the Windows XP Professional OS? Will there be any driver issues that may cause us problems?
