Proliant ML350-G3 Boot Problem

Hi all,
I have Proliant ML350-G3 server and suddently the server couldn't boot. When it's turn on only the fan was spinning and then the machine goes off.
I've check all leds, at front panel the led no 5 was amber, according to the manual its mean standby.
and the led no 1 on the board is green, according to the manual its mean the power supply is functioning.
there are no other leds was on.

Does someone can help to cure this problem?

thanks

Hello,
1) if you take out the DIMM, will the server BEEP loud ?
2) system maintenance switch S1.... by default its OFF. switch it on. power on server. switch it back to OFF.

Regards.
