Proliant ML350 Server

I'm working with a Proliant ML350 Server with a Smart Array 641. The server was previously loaded with Server 2003 Std. Edition. The server has been setting for sometime not being used because nobody new the administrator password. We decided to just reload the OS since there was nothing of importance on there. I started by loading the Smartstart CD which ran through the setup and asked me for the Server 2003 CD and continued coping files. After smartstart ejected the cd and the server restarted, it comes up with a boot menu giving me 2 options "start windows" and "install / upgrade windows" if I choose either it starts copying files to begin installing the OS again. It's like I'm stuck in an endless loop. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
