Proliant ML370 Freeze Issue

I have 2 identical servers, Proliant ML370's with 2GB RAM, dual 2.8GHz Xeons, and identical HD arrays. They are both running 4D. These servers freeze up every so often. Sometimes it's once every six months, some times it's 3 times a week. All the drivers and the BIOS versions are the latest. There is no log containing any info except that the system recovered from an ASR. I have spent hours on the phone with HP and they have not been able to fix the issue. They have both had new MB's, RAM and even proc's. We tried turning off the ASR to try and get an error to no avail. These are high availablility servers as they run our most important app. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
