Proliant Microserver Gen 10 power off by itself

Hi, I have 2 customer with Proliant Microserver Gen 10 with Debian 9.5. This servers power off himself and I can't understand why. We have 2 hdd in RAID and 1 SSD installed in the upper slot with the S.O. No problem of power in the office, other servers on site don't power off. It is not also a temperature problem. Any suggestions?

Hi,

We would suggest to check OS event/logs to know what has triggered server power-off,

additional action,

Change the power source, also

Re: Proliant Microserver Gen 10 power off by itself

I've already checked the logs. Nothing interesting unfortunately. I've checked syslog, kernel log, but nothing. I'll try to follow the procedures of "Server shuts down or reboots without warning". I'll update you if there were any news

Thank you.
