Proliant Microserver Gen10 Warranty Issue

Hello,

I have just bought (a week ago) a Proliant Microserver Gen10.
I registered it (PID + S/N) on HPE site to download bios update and found that warranty hold till 24-10-2018, with a start date on 25-09-2017.


Can the warranty dates be corrected ?

I have the same problem.I bought it through Amazon for a very good price to a spanish company and I had to ask to get the invoice. I am asking because I have the same dates for Waranty and cannot download the last firmware.

Did you by from a spanish company for a very good price?

I just bought a microserver gen10 too, and want to update the bios to fix small issues with running Linux. The bios/firmware download is hidden behind a warrenty contract. The "Warrenty check" page shows correct dates for me, but i can not "link" my warrenty because the country of purchase is not correct? Is there a way to see where HP thinks the machine was sold?
