Proliant Microserver Gen8 Warranty
Hi,
I am wanting my server updated with warranty (ProLiant Microserver Gen8). Technical Support said I need to buy a care pack, so I bought a care pack. The web site still says warranty status expired Jan 17, 2016 but I purchased a year’s support 4 days ago. I rang Technical Support again and they gave me an email address so I typed everything in again and sent it off. The bloke who answered it forwarded it on to someone else and no one replied.
I want the latest service pack for ProLiant so I can update everything off the CD (the server has VMWare 6.5).
How do I get hold of it? HP(E?) owe me 4 days and counting!
