Proliant Microserver TCIP issue

Installed Windows Server 2003 and the Broadcom drivers on my Proliant Microserver (54L). Need to change from a Workgroup to Domain server however the domian server setup fails with an error that TCIP 'has not been configured/installed' correctly. So I am stuck... any suggestions?
