Proliant dl140 Netxtreme Drivers

This is an ide, dual xeon, dual nic first generation machine.

If I man not mistaken, the nic is BCM5704. I am running centos 5 linux on it. I have seen linux (tg3) drivers for it on broadcom site. Would this work? or do I need to download it from hp site? If I need to download it from hp site, could you point me to the right driver download.
