HP NC7771 PCI-X 1000T Gigabit Server Adapter, according to the HP specs it is compatible with 64/133, 64/100, 64/66, 64/33 and 32/33 PCI slots. Or Intel PRO/1000 MT Server Adapter which is also compatible with 32bit/33MHz slots.
