Questions about ILO2 and ESX (2 seperate questions)

I remember being able to console in using ILO out of the box. Did that change with ILO2? Do you have to buy a license?

ESX and Controllers - Is there anyway to manage controllers from the ESX environment? If not, does anyone know if HP is working on any kind of plugin?
