R3000XR UPS Malfunctioning

I have a R3000XR UPS that is not working properly: when there is a power surge or spike, the UPS turns off and the battery does not start to work. I have more UPSs connected to the same power line and they work well when there is power surge or spike.

What could be the problem or what should I have to check?
