R5500XR ups and ERM
We have recently attached ERMs to our R5500XR UPSes. But there is no indication of this on the PowerManager management server software. I was hoping to see a higher battery time with the ERM attached but all I get is a constant 16 minutes with no change. Is there a way to verify that the UPS is aware of the ERM? Subsequently, does the ERM need to be configured?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: R5500XR ups and ERM
Fact is that when you install an ERM you need to configure the UPS through the front panel buttons to "see" the additional ERM's.
There is no identification through the GUI that an ERM has been attached. The only indication is the change in battery time which has been increased.
