RAID P222 all time founding failed disk
Greetings.
I have a HP Microserver G8 with two RAID cards, B120i and P222.
The B120i works without any problem but the P222 all time is rebuilding my raid founding disk in failed status. I could believe it if whole time the disk found were the same, but is not the case. Days ago was the first disk, and today the first this is OK but fails the disk number 3.
This array of disk was working with the B120i alone for a bunch of months without any problem. But i'm gonna be crazy with the P222, all time founding faulty random disk.
What can i do for debug this nightmare?
I would say that the server isn't connected 24x7, and the cache enabling is active for the raid10 ( the P222 has his own battery connected.)
This is the actual status of the RAID
PD Now with the cache disabled. still failing the drive 1:

Please verify the working functionality after updating the Smart Array Controller P222 firmware to the latest version 8.32
