RAID recommendation

Hello,

Looking for some advice on RAID choice for a Java webapp server w/ SQL db. Performance is important but so is redundancy.
Server will be DL385G2 w/ (6) 146GB SAS and P400/512 SA card.
RAID5 or RAID 1+0 ?

Brian,
With the controller you have (512MB Write-back cache), I would use RAID 5.
