RDP: drive letter assignment problem on logical drive dl380-g5

Hi,
I am a relatively new to the Altiris (RDP) world and facing tough (for me) problem already ;-(.

Note: the target machine if DL380-G5

I want to create the following job.

1. Create raid array 5 and 3 logical drives.
2. Copy 3 images to disk 1, 2, and 3
3. Execute script from disk 3

The problem is, I expected that the disk 3 will be assigned to drive letter 'E' instead, when the machine boot, it got 'F'. The script, which hardcoded to execute a command from drive E, was failing because of that.

Drive E is always assigned to CD-ROM.
I tried to set the drive letter assignment by using diskpart and vbscript and put the command in but so far no luck. The drive letters assignment for logical drive is always C, D, and F; while CD-ROM occupied 'E'.

I also tried to run diskpart/vbscript by using 'Run Script', same result (not working).

The diskpart and vbscript are working fine in the live system. What this script does basically, move CD-ROM to 'R' and move 'F' to 'E'.

Any suggestion how to fix this out?
