Raid with ML150 Wserver 2003 R2

yes, i have a ML 150 and reboots every 10 minutes, and I have some problem to configuring the raid, with Wserver 2003 R2 no detecting the raid only the disks with a driver i download this page http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/26742.html
do you know how resolving this problems...
