Rapid Deployment Pack

I am using RDP to deploy blade servers. I have 8 servers that appear and dissappear in and out of my management console. It is an exact 1 for 1 swap, 1 will be there while the other dissappears and then vice versa.
Solutions I have tried:
1. Removing aclient from server, deleting from deployment database, repushing aclient
2. Changing primary look up value for deployment server from Mac to Serial to UUID
3. Reloading my deployment server database and starting from scratch
4. Combing through registry and examing values to make sure none are the same from different servers
5. Examining aclient.cfg file on each serve to see if there is cottect information.

Anyone have any ideas or has anyone seen this before? I have been on Altiris' website and most of the remedies I listed are their fixes.
