Regular crash with bugcheck 0x50 or 0x1e

Hi,

We have a ML370 G3 used as backup server connected to SCSI Library Scalar 100. We have once or twice per month a crash. The server reboot with the following bugcheck :

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000050 (0xfffffff5, 0x00000000, 0x80451750, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 . A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

or

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0x804ddc6c, 0x00000000, 0x736670f2). Microsoft Windows 2000 . A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

Could you please tell me which could be the origin (hardware, sofware) the crash ?
