Remote desktop port number
Dears,
The customer need to access HPE380 G09/G10 servers using remote desktop, can you please the port number of remote desktop to be allowed on the customer firwall.

Remote Desktop Protocol is 3389.
How you want to access?
1. First you should be go to your router, Depend on the router options., then
i. Click on NAT
ii. Click on Port redirection and enable.
iii. Default port is 3389 its a private port, but be careful if you assign as using globally should be assign public port e.g. 22445 or any number.
e.g.
Service Name: RDP
Protocol : TCP
Public port : 22445 assigned by you to globally accesible
Private IP: 192.168.2.3 ( Your Server IP or accesible server )
Private Port: 3389
