Repair the server device
Repair the server device
I am an engineer working in saudi aramco. we have a server device was failure last week. However, I checked the status of warranty for the device in company website is still active untill 2018. So, please advice me how can send the server to HP company to fix it.

The support forums are supported by the user community. For warranty issues you need to contact HPE support. Servers are not shipped back to HPE, once diagnosed and depending on the warranty, either parts will be dispatched for self repair, or parts and a technician will be dispatched to repair the system.
