Replacement ML115G5 won't boot existing RAID-1 disks

Customer has had replacement server delivered, and original drives swapped over into new box - same spec same config same everything.

On selecting nVidia RAID in BIOS, we get boot failre with "NTDETECT failed". Turning off RAID support and running as single SATA drive everything boots up fine.

Is there something we are missing here? Previous RAID worked perfectly, so not sure what is going on.

Do we need to rebuild the array again, and what's the safest way to do this as customer is having to run on one disk just now, so don't want to copy back old contents from unused drive.

Ideas and suggestions appreciated.

Thanks
